Project Flow

An overview of the process from identifying challenges to implementation and review.

1.Identifying Your Challenges and Needs

We begin by listening to your organization’s HR challenges, particularly those related to succession, promotion, and talent selection, and engaging in discussion to clarify key issues. Many challenges can be addressed internally, and we share relevant case examples and insights from our past experience to help identify the most effective approach for your organization. This initial phase is part of our consultation process and does not incur any additional cost.
Initial Consultation
We hold open discussions to understand your current issues and priorities. This helps clarify organizational and HR challenges while allowing us to share insights and potential solutions that support effective talent management and  growth.
Proposal and Planning
We prepare a formal proposal outlining practical solutions tailored to your challenges, including goal setting, planning, and an estimated budget. The proposal helps visualize how specific initiatives will address your organization’s needs.
Final Agreement
Once the proposed plan is approved in principle, we confirm the implementation steps and proceed to formalize the agreement.

2.Program Setup and Delivery

Once the proposal and agreement are finalized, we move into the implementation phase. Based on the number of participants and program scope, we establish the necessary framework and assign key roles, including program leads and assessors. This phase covers program setup, delivery, and final reporting.
Team Setup
We form the project team according to the plan, appointing a lead assessor to oversee the program and assigning assessors to conduct evaluations.

Kick-off Meeting
A joint meeting is held between your project lead and the Lead Create team to confirm goals, stakeholder expectations, KPI settings, and operational details. The meeting also finalizes the division of responsibilities and execution schedule.
Pre-Program Preparation
We provide guidance on candidate selection, brief relevant stakeholders, and provide support to ensure a smooth program launch.
Assessment Program Delivery
Each course accommodates up to 20 participants and typically spans two days, including review sessions and feedback interviews.
Post-Program Support
We offer follow-up and development support, such as management training for supervisors, career interviews, and advice for applying assessment insights to ongoing HR initiatives.
Deliverables
We deliver a full set of Assement Reports, Confidential Reports, and  Comprehensive Reports for HR, and Feeback Reports for participants.
Final Review Meeting
We present findings to HR and senior management, share insights for future development, and discuss next steps to enhance talent and organizational growth.

3.Project Review and Future Planning

This phase focuses on reviewing the entire project and identifying priorities for continued development. Talent selection decisions have a significant impact on employees. We take a comprehensive approach, expanding development programs for those who are promoted and providing follow-up support and feedback for those not selected, drawing from discussions in the final review meeting to help organizations strengthen their talent strategy and culture.
Project Summary
In this stage, we conduct a review of the project, from planning through post-program follow-up. Discussions also cover the current status of participants after completing the assessment, the organizational impact of selection decisions, and new challenges identified during the review.
Ongoing Support
We hold regular follow-up meetings to exchange insights and provide updates on HR initiatives, ensuring continuous progress.
