Reliable Human Resource Assessment Program to determine leadership aptitude

This is a training-style leader aptitude assessment program with simulation exercises by adopting the Assessment Center Method, which is considered one of the most valid methodologies in the field of competency assessment.
It is widely used by various corporates, from C-suites to first-line managements, as information for making advancement and promotion decisions, and as opportunity to enhance leadership and management competencies.

Just like our personalities and tastes are different, there are various types of leaders.
However, certain common elements exist with respect to the competencies owned by outstanding leaders. These common competencies (the Core Competencies) are actively used by those leaders who guide their companies to sustainable growth, irrespective of industry or position, or size of organization, and demonstrated as their leadership.
Ever since its foundation, LEAD CREATE has practiced and studied these “common competencies shared by leaders” for 20 years, and offers Human Resource Assessment Programs aimed for candidate selection and competencies development.
The programs offered by LEAD CREATE adopt the Assessment Center Method, an assessment technique based on behavioral science.
This is a training-style program in which the behavior shown by the participants in a variety of simulations is observed and recorded by multiple assessors (professional evaluators), and then categorized and evaluated in accordance with predefined clusters.
The reliability and validity of the evaluation results are verified by follow-up surveys, etc., and high levels of reproducibility in the workplace have been demonstrated.
LEAD CREATE has established and operated its quality control mechanism to assure reliability of assessments through selecting and developing assessors, and designing programs, and strives to be a company that is chosen to assess career-related competencies of candidates.

For 2-Day training courses, 1 lead assessor and 4 assessors are allocated for 20 participants.
Calibration meeting is held by assessors after completing Day 1. Depending on the number of participants, the calibration meeting will be continued before the Day 2 course starts.
