Before our training program, the assigned professional (consultant) meets with you and starts preparation for the scheduled training.
- Feedback and future recommendations
Implementing a training program is not an end but rather a start of independent initiatives toward achieving growth goals of each individual participants.
We organize a session to discuss participant’s tendencies and issues captured in the training program, as well as strategies for future initiatives, by having attendance of people from HR / Human Resource Development department and, where necessary, workplace managers.
