In-house training

Plan, proposal, and implementation of training programs

STEP 1: Sharing awareness of problems

Please tell us about any problems and goals you have, as we can start from rough ideas.

STEP 2: Hearings and discussions

We ask about your situations and problems in more detail, and identify the true nature of your issues.

STEP 3: Sharing goals and proposal of solution

Once the problems to be solved are clarified, LEAD CREATE gathers its practical knowledge and know-hows to design a full vision of training measures toward competencies development, and will propose optimal training programs.

STEP 4: Implementation of solution

Before our training program, the assigned professional (consultant) meets with you and starts preparation for the scheduled training.

STEP 5: Feedback and future recommendations

Implementing a training program is not an end but rather a start of independent initiatives toward achieving growth goals of each individual participants.
We organize a session to discuss participant’s tendencies and issues captured in the training program, as well as strategies for future initiatives, by having attendance of people from HR / Human Resource Development department and, where necessary, workplace managers.
