Just like our personalities and tastes are different, there are various types of leaders.
However, certain common elements exist with respect to the competencies owned by outstanding leaders. The programs offered by LEAD CREATE adopt the Assessment Center Method, an assessment technique based on behavioral science.
This is a training-style program in which the behavior shown by the participants in a variety of simulations is observed and recorded by multiple assessors (professional evaluators), and then categorized and evaluated in accordance with predefined clusters.
The reliability and validity of the evaluation results are verified by follow-up surveys, etc., and high levels of reproducibility in the workplace have been demonstrated.
